Once payment is completed, you will receive an order confirmation via email.

For orders dispatched or in transit, we regret to inform you that changes can no longer be made at this time.

Delivery
We endeavour to fulfil your order within 2 working days from order confirmation.
Our committed delivery lead time:
Orders placed before 11am: T + 2 Business Days Morning
Orders placed before 3pm: T + 2 Business Days Afternoon
*T = Day of order placement

Orders are delivered 6 days a week. There is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

We apologise we do not allow self collection at our warehouse at this moment.
We will make a maximum of 2 delivery attempts.
if the delivery cannot be completed successfully, your order will be cancelled and a refund, deducted of $30 delivery fee will be refunded to you.
Alternatively, you can authorise us to leave your order in a safe place / with a neighbour. However, we will not be responsible for any missing or damaged products should you choose this option.
Returns / Refunds / Exchange
We apologise that due to food safety concerns, all goods that were dispatched from our warehouse are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
We ask that you check your order upon arrival to ensure that they are in good order and condition. Should you find any issues with your order such as missing / damaged / poor quality / wrongly packed items, please write to us at cs@merchant.com.sg.
All validated claims will be refunded within 2 working days.
