Is my order confirmed?

Once payment is completed, you will receive an order confirmation via email.

Can I make changes to my order after payment is made?

Please contact us at cs@merchant.com.sg and we will assist you with your changes on a best effort basis.

For orders dispatched or in transit, we regret to inform you that changes can no longer be made at this time.

Do you offer volume or trade discounts?

Can I create a trade or corporate account?

Can you provide a Tax Invoice?

Tax invoices are provided upon request.


How long will the delivery take?

We endeavour to fulfil your order within 2 working days from order confirmation.


Our committed delivery lead time:
Orders placed before 11am: T + 2 Business Days Morning
Orders placed before 3pm: T + 2 Business Days Afternoon
*T = Day of order placement


I did not receive my order / the delivery is late?

What are the delivery days and time slots?

Orders are delivered 6 days a week. There is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. Delivery Time Slots Mondays to Fridays Morning slot: 9am to 12pm (AM) Afternoon slot: 2pm to 7pm (PM) Saturdays Morning slot only: 9am to 12pm (AM) What is the minimum order amount to receive free delivery?

Can I opt for Self Collection?

We apologise we do not allow self collection at our warehouse at this moment.

What if I am not at home when the delivery man arrives?

We will make a maximum of 2 delivery attempts.


if the delivery cannot be completed successfully, your order will be cancelled and a refund, deducted of $30 delivery fee will be refunded to you.


Alternatively, you can authorise us to leave your order in a safe place / with a neighbour. However, we will not be responsible for any missing or damaged products should you choose this option.

Returns / Refunds / Exchange

Can I exchange or refund an item?

We apologise that due to food safety concerns, all goods that were dispatched from our warehouse are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

What if there is a problem with my order?

We ask that you check your order upon arrival to ensure that they are in good order and condition. Should you find any issues with your order such as missing / damaged / poor quality / wrongly packed items, please write to us at cs@merchant.com.sg.


All validated claims will be refunded within 2 working days.


Are the products Halal?

All products are not halal-certified unless indicated in the product information.
