Pantry Selects Terms & Conditions

Please read our Terms & Conditions carefully before using our website so that you are aware of your legal rights and obligations with respect to Pantry Selects Pte Ltd (“we”, “our” or “us”).

By accessing our website and using the services, you hereby agree:
that you have read and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.
that you are the user of the website and/or services and are 18 years or above.

1. Product price & availability

All product pricing shown is excluding prevailing GST unless otherwise indicated.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Goods availability is not guaranteed until an order confirmation is issued. We may substitute your order with a product of similar quality or value if the item you ordered is out of stock. We will notify you in advance of such arrangements.
The product pricing and any other information is correct at the time of publication. Errors and omissions excepted.

2. Order Placement

You may place your orders via the following modes.

Please register an account to transact on our website (please allow 1 working day for account validation).
b. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Goods availability is not guaranteed until an order confirmation is issued. We may substitute your order with a product of similar quality or value if the item you ordered is out of stock. We will notify you in advance of such arrangements.

3. Delivery

a. Business Days & Operating Hours
Orders are accepted within our Business Days & Operating Hours.
Mondays to Fridays: 9am to 6pm
Saturdays: 9am to 12pm
Sundays & Public Holidays: Closed
b. Delivery Lead Time
Orders placed before 11am: T + 2 Business Days Morning Orders placed before 3pm: T + 2 Business Days Afternoon *T = Day of Order placement
c. Delivery Charges
Order Value $100 and above: Complimentary Delivery
Below $100: Delivery charge of $15 per location
d. Proof of Delivery
We may utilize electronic proof of delivery where a company stamp is not required.
e. Redelivery
If there is no one at the specified delivery location, delivery shall be attempted at another time and we reserve the right to charge an additional re-delivery fee. For perishable items, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 100% of the total value of the perishable items.
f. Cancellation
Once the transaction and payment is completed, your order cannot be changed or cancelled

4. Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable

a. Goods sold are Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable
b. You are advised to check that goods are delivered in good order and condition at the time of delivery.
c. Should there be any discrepancies, please notify us by email to: orders@pantryselects.com.sg within 24 hours from the time of delivery. Claims submitted after the specified period will be rejected.
d. Quality Issues – For quality issues, please notify us by email to: orders@pantryselects.com.sg within 1 month from the date of delivery. Should the product be assessed and found to be defective by us, we will offer a 1 to 1 exchange (subject to stock availability). Should the said item be out of stock, a credit note will be issued. Claims submitted after the specified period will be rejected.

5. Payment Methods

Cheque Crossed and made payable to “Merchant Brothers Pte Ltd”
Bank Transfer Bank: UOB Bank Limited Account Number: 392-310-310-2
Should there be any discrepancies, please notify us by email to: orders@pantryselects.com.sg within 24 hours from the time of delivery. Claims submitted after the specified period will be rejected.

6. Credit Facility

a. Upon your application, a post-paid credit facility may be issued to you at our sole discretion.
b. For products delivered to you on a post-paid basis, the goods & title of all goods delivered to you remain with us till full payment is made.
c. ACCOUNT IN GOOD STANDING – You are required to maintain your account in good standing by making payments in full within the due dates.
d. We reserve the rights to suspend your credit facility and recover all outstanding amounts immediately, in the event of non-payment, and/or due to changes to your credit worthiness as determined by us.

7. Limit of Liability

The liability of Merchant Brothers for any loss, damage or injury arising directly or indirectly from any defect in or non-compliance of the products is up to and shall not exceed the price of the product. You shall ensure that the products are not used for any purpose for which they are not suitable and shall be responsible for the handling and usage of the products. Merchant Brothers assumes no obligation or liability for any advice or information given with the products and shall not be responsible for any inaccuracy or misstatement of any such information.
